Customize and dressup your own buizel :3

One of my more recent pics inspired me to update the old 2007 dressup. It's evolution may get a dressup in the near future too but may be pushed because of all the holiday themed pics and upcoming gifts I have in store for the rest of the year. More of this will be in tonight's journal.

As for the dressup, it's based on the new eeveelution ones, it actually was easier coming up with the clothes for this because buizel is two-legged, so I shouldn't have to hear too many concerns for lack of outifts this time ;3

Things are also more organized and you can better tell what items can change color and what not. You can remove the parts of the face, as well as the fins. This time I do not let you remove the neck however, that just seemed rather excessive I felt. I took more time in this one so hopefully I get some quality comment + crits here as well :)
