You can roll your cursor over each pony to see their "Trainer ID", which is simply their name. There are buttons to toggle quality and effects at the top left corner.

By the way, if you activate the effects (shading, highlights, higher quality glows), your computer may lag terribly, so unless you have an amazing computer, either turn the quality on low or don't watch with any effects at all.
