This is my finals project for Advance Web Animation offered at my school. The objective was to create a small project in flash using Actionscript code (referring more to AC 3.0) so I decided to take on a demo of a fighting game I always wanted to make one day. I went a little beyond what I could chew. But this final was successful enough!
This is more of a demonstration rather than an actual game. Everything I included is mainly set up to pitch the idea to a game developing company. It is not complete yet so I don’t plan to add it to my portfolio just yet.
In the meantime, this is VERSION 1.0 so you can play around with this until I update it in probably a month with a few new features and animations. Please tell me what you think and just have fun playing around with it.
Glitches List - - (may vary or not fully listed)
- "ASSUALT" is misspelled, just ignore
- There is no begin or ending
- Not ALL sound effects are embedded
- Not ALL move sets are available
- Some keys might interrupt other animations
- Health bars may NOT always reset
- Special Bar (Blue bar) does not affect key commands in this version
- Hit box animations is not yet perfected or timed.
- Characters do not flip
- Characters can move beyond window and are not bounded
- Player one special has only ONE release animation at this time
- Guard does not work yet

RIGHT - move towards
LEFT - move away
Hold DOWN - Recharge
"," - Guard
"." - Punch
"/" - Special (Hold and Release)
Player two:
"d" - move towards
"a" - move away
"f" - Guard
"g" - Punch
