Klondike Solitaire
Klondike Solitaire is a tricky, one player card game which will require some patience to master. Accordingly completing a game is very rewarding in terms of VerPoints! It is also incredibly fun once you've got the hang of it. Read on to learn the rules!
To the right, you see the setup of the cards at the start of the game. You'll notice three different 'groups' of cards, which we will discuss one by one.
In the top-left, there's the deck. When you click the top card, the three top cards are taken off and placed face-up next to the deck. You can then drag these onto another stack. By clicking the deck again, new cards are revealed - this continues until the deck runs out and you can turn over the pile of open cards to form the new deck.
The four empty slots on the top-right are the stacks where you want all the cards to be in the end. These stacks need to be sorted from low to high (starting at the Ace), with one stack for every suit. You win the game when all four stacks are completed with their respective King.
The seven stacks at the bottom are for temporary card storage. You can form stacks of cards here, as long as you take these three rules into account: - Stacks need to be from high to low (so you place a low card on top of a higher one) - Cards in the stack need to have alternating colours (red and black, the suits are irrelevant) - Only Kings can be placed on empty slots.
