Named because it's actually my 4th pikachu dressup :P

I worked on this the entire week, even some got a chance to see me working this in TinyChat. Would you also believe I haven't updated this in 4 years?

Nonetheless, I really wanted to make this one in time for Halloween which ALMOST didn't happen because my computer almost stopped working D:

As for the dressup itself, I made it similar to the Hamtaro OC maker, which suffers from the same bug of eventually cluttering the screen with items. Don't say I didn't warn ya ^^;

There are a LOT of items, and options to make your own pikachu, You can also make Ashchu with the hair pieces I provided and even make a female if you choose. I advise you to post any screenshots as scraps and crediting me as always ^^

P.S. I couldn't resist making the preloader with myself as pikachu, based on my favorite pokemon ending theme (Japanese). However I couldn't find suitable music to play in the background that would fit with the dressup, not even the music that goes with the ending theme D:
