Pizza Boy Super Version
It doesn't appear there was a regular English release, at least under the Pizza Boy name.
This version is a Super Version, and the character is invincible, the bullet is infinite, and you can add life by eating strawberry. So what are you waiting for? Come on and join in it. The game will have eight hidden levels, you need to collect keys in the ordinary level and then allowed to enter into the next level.
