A dressup! For those who waited. It's been sitting on my computer unfinished for 3 months and haven't had the patience to finish until recently.

My last raichu dressup was back in 2008 for those who remember, so I hope this is a welcome improvement. The game design is very similar to the pichu and pikachu ones from last year, just pick up an item from the menu and drop anywhere. I do think I need to add different items, but my dressups have gotten pretty huge already so that takes away from other projects in line, including commissions. I still hope the raichu lovers enjoy this though, especially https://lilchu.deviantart.com/ whose items I included here and if he doesn't mind, I will keep them X3

Mostly these are OC creators though, I've seen people add just a few accessories and change the colors and even give their characters a name. I also wanted to give this a fancier preloader, but that also would take more time and probably not worth it X3
