SPCA Singapore: Don't Dump Animals!!! Virtual Reality Image

game

In 2007, half of the dogs taken in were pedigree. This shows that owners were not ready for the commitment of owning a dog.

The SPCA hopes that more care and thought will go into the ownership of an animal - it is a lifetime of commitment, not to be entered into lightly. It is better to deprive yourself of owning a pet, than to discard it when you don't have the time to look after it.

Look at this VR and imagine for a moment that you are the unwanted dog. A pet is a living creature that does not deserve to be dumped like unwanted rubbish.

This is the road that links Aljunied Road with Bartley Road whose landmarks are the Crematorium and the Ghurka Barracks. We are on the corner of Mount Vernon and Bartley Roads and next to Maris Stella High School.

The nearest MRT stations are Toa Payoh and Paya Lebar. You can take Bus 28 from either station.

Bartley Road also has bus nos. 93, 158, 28 that stop near the Mount Vernon Road entrance.
