The Stilwell Grandma (real name: Ruby, last name unknown) was a victim procured by CommandoRunningMan in August, 2012 when she was called with the Confused Old Lady soundboard. She is an elderly woman hailing from Stilwell, Oklahoma, the hometown of Frank Garrett. She seems to suffer from senility or dementia and as such has trouble communicating over the phone. She has zero tolerance for prank calls and easily flies into a blind rage with very little provocation (especially if greeted with a recording of herself saying "Oh, it's you again..."), loudly cursing and ranting at the callers.
