Superstructure
in this tiny game, I wanted to play with the idea of swapping two tiles in a 2D tilemap on a really small scale, as well as swapping them in "3D" (though in a 2D perspective), and using that in a small-scale designed exploration. I find those mechanics interesting because of how they can (in the context of a larger game where they aren't delivered as abruptly as in superstructure) be used for changing the player's (conditioned over the course of the game) perceptions of what the borders of the game world are, and how those changing perceptions can then be used to enhance a game's narrative.
