This is How You Will Die
Recombinatory Fiction Artwork
A recombinatory slot game with 15 five-line death fictions/poetics. Each time the player pushes the spin button, a new death scenario comes to the screens. If the player wins more spins they can continue, if they lose, they have just forecasted their death. To create the random death scenarios, I wrote 15 short fictions, each divided into five sections: where you will die, how you will die parts one and two, and what happens after you die parts one and two. Each of these sections then become the channels of the Death Pokie machine. When all sections stop spinning, then you have a new random fiction sequence, a series of lines that form the story of your future demise.
