UPDATE: Fixed size check issues and added new feature "Cell Size Assistance" (when enabled either displays "OK" or "!" for smaller and larger cells, respectively).
You are a virus, eating smaller cells to grow until you can mutate. Use your mutations to improve your virus and cause increasingly harmful diseases to the host.
Each level introduces a new challenge, and the final level is a bit of a special treat!
